At Evolve Organic Beauty, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and are at least half full to qualify for our satisfaction guarantee.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original boxes and include a note with your name, order number, and the Return Authorization code provided.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our eco-studio address; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
